Church House Refurbishment

Pallot Glass & Windows are excited to be involved in the refurbishment of Norwich Union House (formerly Church House, soon to become Capital House) on Church Street. The Palladium Group are working with Socrates Architects and Pallot Glass & Windows to renovate the building whilst respecting it’s original design.

Built in 1969, the 5-storey “shining example of Jersey’s post-War architecture” has sat empty for over a decade and has started to fall into disrepair with severely corroded windows, and a concrete outer-skin which sheds concrete from time-to-time.

Freedom Church Up-date

The roof lanterns have been re-vamped and are sitting pretty back in their rightful place. We’ll keep you up-dated with developments as work continues.

De La Mare Nurseries

Pallot are proud to support Jersey Homes Trust with their development on the former De La Mare’s Nursery on Rue a Don in Grouville.

The development, to be known as Jardin De La Mare, was built by the Jersey Homes Trust who will retain 29 homes to add to their existing affordable rental portfolio, and a further 6 three-bedroom houses which are for sale via Andium Homes.
