What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for the professional installation of high-quality windows, doors and glazing products across the island.
You’ll work as part of our fitting team, ensuring every installation is completed to a high standard, with attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
The role will involve:
- Installing windows, doors and glazing products
- Carrying out installations to a high standard of workmanship
- Working safely and efficiently on a variety of projects
- Working as part of a team to complete installations on time
- Maintaining a clean and professional working environment
- Representing Pallot Glass & Windows professionally when working at customers’ homes and properties.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous experience as a window fitter or in a similar installation role
- Takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship
- Is reliable, hardworking and professional
- Has good attention to detail
- Works well as part of a team
- Is confident working independently when required
- Has a positive attitude and takes pride in representing the company
- Is committed to delivering a high standard of customer service

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing general administrative support to the business
- Answering telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries
- Dealing with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Booking and coordinating appointments and installations
- Preparing and processing paperwork, orders and invoices
- Updating customer and job records accurately
- Liaising with suppliers, customers and members of the fitting team
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating work
- Managing emails and general office correspondence
- Maintaining organised and accurate records
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous administration or office experience

We’re looking for someone who knows their numbers - and knows how to get things done.
This is not a sit-back-and-watch role. You’ll be an important part of the day-to-day running of the business, supporting accounts, administration and customers in a fast-paced environment where no two days are quite the same.
You’ll need to be organised, switched-on and comfortable taking responsibility. If you’re someone who likes to stay busy, enjoys dealing with people and takes pride in getting things right, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day accounts using QuickBooks, Xero or similar accounting software
- Raising and processing invoices and keeping account records accurate and up to date
- Supporting credit control, following up outstanding payments and dealing confidently with customers
- Preparing quotes and assisting with pricing enquiries
- Answering calls and dealing professionally with customer and supplier queries
- Providing key administrative support to the wider office and operational team
- Keeping paperwork, systems and records organised
- Helping keep the office running efficiently and professionally
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to get things sorted - not simply passing problems on
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in accounts, finance administration or a similar role
- Experience using QuickBooks, Xero or another accounting system
- Strong computer skills and confidence using everyday office software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise when things get busy
