I just wanted to send you a quick thank you note for our wonderful new French Doors. They are a thing of beauty!

Ricky and his team worked really hard and did a fantastic job, I’m over the moon. There is a small snagging job to complete to cover the lead tray which I trust is ‘making good’ but I have paid your invoice in full.

We are on holiday next week, but hopefully we can arrange to finish off once we’re back (Thursdays & Fridays are best for me).

Your service and your employees have been polite, professional and friendly.
From the admin desk, office manager (Steve), window fitter, young gentleman measuring (Anthony) to the two men that came today.

The work they have carried out has been to an exceptionally high standard, very tidy and clean.
I can't thank you all enough for all your hard work.

We will continue to use Pallot Glass for the rest of the replacement windows at our home. We will be ordering the next window at the end of the month.

I have tried posting on 'good and bad business' on Facebook, but it has been pending since the end of February.

Jordan came to for a window at our property today (10 La Cache de la ronde, seapoint). He was early, very polite and did an absolute amazing job replacing the window. He was very thorough, tidy and clean. He even hoovered. He is an excellent asset to your company and extremely happy with his work.

Can you please pass on to the management how pleased I am with the quick and efficient service from every employee I have dealt with from Pallot glass.

To have my shop window smashed was upsetting and very frustrating but from the 1st lovely phone call with a lady in your office I had Jono arrive at the shop within 1/2 an hour then the surveyor to measure who again arrived within an hour. They promised to cut the glass in your factory the next day and fit the day after which was all duly done on time. The glass fitters were extremely patient on an awkward old building and between them and the boss came up with a great solution.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Pallot glass and in fact have already been telling people what great service I have received.

In the last ten days I have visited your showroom twice. Firstly to purchase replacement agricultural glass for my green house, and secondly to ask questions about Velux accessories. On both occasions I was served by Frankie. She organised the glass for me and had it cut on the spot requiring me to wait but a few moments. She didn’t know the answer to my Velux enquiry but promised to call me with an answer the following morning. I received a call at 08:45 with a full answer and the name and numbers for the correct supplier. Frankie is a great member of staff, personable and diligent and I have nothing but compliments for her.
