Quick and efficient service

Can you please pass on to the management how pleased I am with the quick and efficient service from every employee I have dealt with from Pallot glass.

To have my shop window smashed was upsetting and very frustrating but from the 1st lovely phone call with a lady in your office I had Jono arrive at the shop within 1/2 an hour then the surveyor to measure who again arrived within an hour.
They promised to cut the glass in your factory the next day and fit the day after which was all duly done on time. The glass fitters were extremely patient on an awkward old building and between them and the boss came up with a great solution.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Pallot glass and in fact have already been telling people what great service I have received.
