As a result of Storm Goretti, we awoke this morning to find that part of our glass balustrade was at a 90 degree angle. These are very large toughened glass panels which took 4 men to install. The glass was intact but in a precarious position. I made a call to Pallot and spoke with Claire. As you can imagine, following the storm, they were extremely busy with calls, but Claire was so calm and professional. She listened to me as I explained the situation and told me that she would sort something and would either call me back herself or, get one of her colleagues to do so. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Anthony who was fully briefed on the details. He confirmed my address, asked for directions, and said that they would be with me in 10 to 15 minutes. He arrived inside 10 minutes and, along with a colleague quickly assessed the situation and successfully removed the glass panels and made safe. Within 1 hour of my initial call, everything had been sorted. I cannot speak highly enough of the service that I received. So pleasing to find professionals who do what they say that they will do.

Claire is an absolute diamond and a real credit to the company. Anthony and his colleague equally, good communication skills, friendly, and knew what they were doing and just got on with it.
