Excellent Customer Service

In the last ten days I have visited your showroom twice. Firstly to purchase replacement agricultural glass for my green house, and secondly to ask questions about Velux accessories.

On both occasions I was served by Frankie. She organised the glass for me and had it cut on the spot requiring me to wait but a few moments. She didn’t know the answer to my Velux enquiry but promised to call me with an answer the following morning. I received a call at 08:45 with a full answer and the name and numbers for the correct supplier. Frankie is a great member of staff, personable and diligent and I have nothing but compliments for her.
